Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimal site operations, including visitor reception and management of hard and soft services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing facility issues through regular meetings.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, working collaboratively with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Apply expertise in one's discipline and its integration with others to identify and troubleshoot issues in existing systems and processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required by line managers or the finance team.
Leadership and Partnership
  • Supervise and develop employees, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruiting and hiring.
  • Schedule daily activities, delegate tasks, and cross-train staff, establishing deadlines and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facility management program, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle planning.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections adhering to local, state, and federal regulations, suggesting operational improvements and upgrade opportunities.
Financial Prudence
  • Effectively manage site budgets, ensuring full financial compliance and effective cost control.
  • Oversight of vendor relationships and invoicing procedures, review of procurement pricing.
  • Monitoring of Purchase Orders and invoices in conjunction with the financial department, preparation of capital projects and operating budgets.
