Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance efforts across the organization. This includes ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to improve operational maintenance systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being. You will contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives by developing maintenance daily/weekly and monthly schedules and enforcing them among the maintenance team.

In addition, you will perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, interpersonal and team management skills, and be able to identify, define, and solve problems.

They must also be familiar with Programmable Logic Controllers, Auto Cad Software, manufacturing software, generators, CNC, systems & controls, and machine troubleshooting. Adaptability to changing organizational and operational needs is essential, as is being a strong team player and leader who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

One of your key responsibilities will be to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. You may also be required to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
