Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive business growth.

  • This is a full-time position that requires someone with a passion for digital marketing, who can develop and implement comprehensive campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, paid and content marketing using various channels. They should be able to think creatively about innovative marketing approaches and have strong human relations skills for effective client and team interactions.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage brand social media content and editorial calendars across multiple channels, as well as experience with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  2. Managing brand social media content and editorial calendars across multiple channels.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  4. Leveraging social media marketing tools to maximize effectiveness.
  5. Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  6. Identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role is required. Proven track record of utilizing social media for brand awareness and impressions is essential. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices is required. Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research, familiarity with web design and publishing principles, proficiency in design and creative thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
