Locksmith Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Locksmith Technician. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and security systems.
• Respond to emergency lockouts and provide assistance to customers in a timely manner.
• Cut keys, rekey locks, and make duplicate keys as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks and security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and materials used.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician.
• Must have knowledge of various types of locks and security systems.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be available for on-call emergency services.
