The EHS Advisor is responsible for implementing agreed SOPs, PTWs, and EHS-MS guidelines. Conduct investigations of EHS adverse events, identify root causes, and advise recommendations to stakeholders. Support cross-functional teams in implementing EHS Improvement Plans.

1. Development of Training Plans: Create comprehensive training plans for different elements of the Ingredion EHSS Management System.
2. Plant Audits and Gemba Walkarounds: Identify and address unsafe activities, provide safety awareness talks, and ensure compliance.
3. SOP and PTW Implementation: Implement all relevant SOPs and PTW systems effectively.
4. EHS Reporting Guidelines: Report incidents according to EHS-MS guidelines.
5. Hazard Identification: Identify and eliminate shop floor hazards.
6. Accident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis.

1. EHS Certifications: Hold NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized certifications.
2. Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
3. Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in EHS roles.
4. Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken.
