Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager Quality Assurance to oversee quality control processes and drive excellence in our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of quality assurance principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the quality assurance department head to develop and implement effective quality control strategies
- Facilitate the work of quality control inspectors, ensuring that inspections and testing are conducted efficiently and effectively
- Identify areas for improvement in finished goods products and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
