About the Job:

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success at our client company. With a strong track record of analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights to senior management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, tracking performance against targets and making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business analysis, investment evaluation, and valuations, leveraging advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business success.
  5. Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and identify potential financial risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience: 5-7 years of financial analysis experience
  • Skills: Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
