The role of a Nursing Educator is to facilitate the learning and professional development of nurses in various settings. To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to create engaging educational content that meets the diverse needs of your audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive nursing education programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content that addresses the latest clinical practices and research findings
  • Assess the learning needs of nursing staff and design targeted training programs to address gaps in knowledge and skill
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their professional development and career advancement
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school and a valid PNC license
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff to achieve their full potential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
