Recovery Officer

Maintaining customer relationships is a crucial aspect of this role. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for making daily calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to customers to remind them of upcoming payments and overdue amounts.

  • Developing effective communication strategies to engage with customers and address their queries in a timely manner.
  • Sending regular project updates to customers and ensuring prompt responses to their concerns.

Additionally, the Recovery Officer will prepare and send cancellation notices to defaulting customers. This requires close coordination with the Account Receivable staff to ensure accurate booking of received and receivable amounts.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to build trust with customers and resolve any issues that may arise during the recovery process. Maintaining detailed records and accurately reconciling received amounts with Account Receivable data are essential aspects of this role.
