Job Summary

A successful Sales Director is sought to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies for renewable energy projects nationwide in Pakistan and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers through on-field coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
  • MBA with an engineering background.
  • 9-10 years of managerial solution sales experience in Pakistan.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
