Job Description

The PHP Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP as the primary programming language.

This role involves working closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet client and business requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications and websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Fundamental Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, including object-oriented programming (OOP) and PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing SQL queries.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
