Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with our goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Positioning Strategy: Establish a brand positioning strategy in line with our organization's goals and objectives, ensuring a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Integrated Communication: Develop an integrated communication strategy to improve brand value and preference, leveraging various channels to create engaging experiences.
  • Media Management: Effectively manage media buying and optimize resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional personnel and activities, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  • Market Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of services offered, their positioning, and brand management, backed by expertise in integrated communication tools.
  • Business Planning: Formulate business plans to drive overall growth and achieve top and bottom-line profitability.
  • Event Execution: Ensure seamless execution of brand-building strategies across all events and territories, maintaining consistency in brand image.
Promotions & Events
  • Event Identification: Identify upcoming events for promotions and marketing activities, capitalizing on opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Strategy Development: Plan and implement promotions and event strategies for available projects, considering timelines and resource allocation.
  • Material Design: Ensure timely design and delivery of marketing materials needed for promotions, with necessary approvals.
  • Outdoor Media: Optimize outdoor broadcast services to secure prime positions (billboards/hoardings), enhancing brand visibility.
  • Project Timeline: Manage project timelines to ensure completion within defined periods.
  • Consistency Check: Verify consistency in the brand image across all marketing efforts.
  • Innovation: Provide innovative solutions and proposals for new point-of-sale (POS) materials for specific services or projects.
Media Groups Management
  • Agency Coordination: Plan and coordinate with media groups/agencies for media buying, ensuring alignment with our organization's objectives.
  • Advertising Tracking: Monitor advertising maintained with media groups/agencies, evaluating effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Assess the success of advertising campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Deliverables: Set agency deliverables regarding the communication strategy, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals.
  • Manpower Utilization: Maximize internal manpower utilization to achieve quality output.
Budget Planning
  • Anual Budget: Prepare the annual marketing budget, allocating resources to specific services or projects.
  • Marketing Calendar: Develop the annual marketing calendar and product specification catalogs, outlining key marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Review: Review budgets and make recommendations as deemed necessary.
Required Skills:

Negotiation skills, analytical skills, teamwork, vendor management, media/event planning, marketing management & planning, advertising and promotions, customer behavior analysis, staying abreast with current market trends, and decision-making.
