Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form video content for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas that drive brand engagement.
  • Create motion graphics and animations using advanced tools like After Effects.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and algorithms to optimize content performance.
  • Work with influencers and content creators to enhance visual storytelling and maximize brand reach.
  • Implement feedback efficiently and iterate quickly to meet project deadlines.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in motion design, 2D/3D animation, and short-form social videos.
  • An understanding of social media algorithms and video performance optimization techniques.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for trend-based editing, emotional storytelling, and innovative visual effects.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and influencers.
  • Experience with AI tools for creative purposes is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Media Studies, Film, Animation, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work.
