Responsibilities
  • Microsoft 365 Administration:
    • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Intune Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive and Teams.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
    • Ensure optimal configuration security and performance of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Active Directory Management:
    • Maintain and update Active Directory infrastructure.
    • Create manage and maintain user accounts security groups and organizational units in AD.
    • Perform periodic audits and updates to ensure compliance with security and organizational policies.
  • Firewall and Network Security:
    • Configure and manage firewall settings to ensure robust network security.
    • Monitor and analyze firewall logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • End-User IT Support:
    • Respond to IT support requests from end-users via helpdesk email or phone in a timely and professional manner.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues including desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
    • Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT systems and applications.
  • Network Infrastructure Maintenance:
    • Maintain troubleshoot and optimize network infrastructure including routers switches and wireless access points.
    • Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
    • Conduct periodic checks to ensure high availability and performance of network systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems configurations and procedures.
    • Generate reports on IT performance incidents and resolutions.
    • Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
