Mid-Level iOS Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced iOS developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience with complex mobile projects, including REST API integrations.

  • Experience in developing native apps written in Swift is required, with a strong understanding of peripherals highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing service-based and on-demand mobile applications is essential.
  • Solid experience in native iOS development frameworks, including API, testing, deployment, etc. is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, coding, testing, and releasing high-quality iOS apps that meet our business objectives.
  • Experience with Dependency Injection is highly valued.
  • The ability to improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews is crucial.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across engineering, product, design, and operations to provide end-to-end solutions is essential.
  • A strong foundation of software design knowledge and the ability to create software that is extensible, reusable, and meets desired architectural objectives is required.
  • An emphasis on the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the app is vital.
  • Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading, as well as familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services, is necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering is required.
  • Proven experience as an app developer is essential.
  • Advance expertise in Swift is necessary.
  • 3-4 years of experience with on-demand and service-based application development is required.
  • Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of iOS back-end services is essential.
  • Knowledge of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines is necessary.
  • Proficiency in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN is required.
  • Knowledge of C-based libraries is valuable.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, concurrency, layouts, transitions, animations, client-side persistence, and architectural patterns on mobile apps is essential.
  • Experience with app publishing to App Store is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be a resident of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Circle CI or Bitrise is highly valued.
