Assistant Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager located in the region.

  1. Manage and oversee quality assurance activities across the facility to ensure compliance with internal SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Handle deviations, change control, CAPA, and risk management processes effectively to minimize disruptions.
  3. Support validation and qualification of equipment, utilities, and processes to maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Monitor and review Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and laboratory investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide support during internal and external audits to maintain a strong audit trail.

Required Skills:

  • Pharm D degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
