We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality standards through precise testing, analysis, and documentation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with experience in testing and analyzing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Conduct chemical, physical, and microbiological analysis as required.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all QC activities and results.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
Identify, document, and report any deviations or non-conformities.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a quality control laboratory.
Strong knowledge of QC testing methodologies, analytical techniques, and documentation procedures.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
