We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing IT software tests, evaluating results, and reporting defects and preparing test reports.

The successful candidate will prepare test plans, collaborate with various stakeholders to complete test procedures, and design, develop, and implement test processes and test cases. They will also perform test execution in development, test, and production environments for each build, sprint, and release in the iterative development lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Alternatively, they must have three years of equivalent experience in a related field.

Candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience with TFS, Microsoft Team/Test Manager, and writing test cases, test scripts, creating/testing bugs/issues will be highly preferred. Working experience on Selenium is also advantageous.
