About the Opportunity

This challenging role involves managing network implementation projects, ensuring effective time and resource planning, and providing high-quality reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scope Definition: Develop and manage project scope, creating a detailed timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Sub-contractor Management: Oversee sub-contractors' work, coordinating their activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes within the implementation rollout, guaranteeing adherence to standards.
  • EHS Compliance: Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) norms are strictly observed throughout the project.
  • Implementation Team Management: Lead and manage the implementation team, focusing on efficient planning and execution.
  • Customer Interaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing support for project-related activities.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate multiple teams to ensure timely submission of RFI sites.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare daily reports to identify gaps and propose solutions to address them.
  • Acceptance Reports: Compile acceptance reports and submit them to customer tracking tools.
  • Project Data Verification: Verify and align project data in customer tools for accurate progress reporting.
Your Background
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical /Communication) or equivalent is required.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in network implementation and project support activities.
  • Domain Experience: Radio Access Network (RAN) and project support activities are highly valued.
  • Skill Sets: Delivering results, meeting customer expectations, customer relations, technical skills, training, and awareness of EHS statutory requirements are key skills.
