Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales for our premier real estate project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide property solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage client inquiries and follow up to close deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
  • Residency in Rawalpindi Cantt is preferred but not required.
