**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

The Jr. Financial Accountant will be responsible for processing financial transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate general ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Perform analysis and prepare reports as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.

Requirements:

  • CA Finalist or ACCA Affiliate/Member/Degree in Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or Ind AS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
