Career Opportunity: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Sales Representative. This position involves interacting with customers, providing product or service information, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product/Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and detailed product or service information to meet their needs.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and evaluate customer needs, and provide solutions to generate sales opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis by utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner, addressing concerns and finding suitable solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
