We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Player Support Agent to join our team.

Job Title: Japanese / English Gaming Support Agent

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, resolving technical issues and helping players resolve gameplay problems.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat.
  • Resolve technical issues and help players resolve gameplay problems.
  • Assist with account issues, including compromised accounts and updates.
  • Help players with refunds, purchases not going through, etc.
  • Check updates & newly released content for the game you're supporting.
  • Complete assigned training modules to improve your skills.
  • Attend weekly meetings with your team and manager.
