Your New Role

The Staff, Strategy and Business Operations team member will play a critical role in supporting the execution of AI and data initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize key areas where AI and data can have the most significant impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges.

    • Facilitate communication and coordination between business and technology teams to ensure AI and data initiatives align with business objectives.

      • Track Project Progress: Ensure data and AI projects stay on track according to established timelines and goals by managing progress updates and providing operational support.

        • Ensure alignment between enterprise data, AI, and technology teams, tracking milestones and progress towards common goals.

          • Support business teams in identifying AI and data needs and ensure these initiatives are aligned with operational goals, digital transformation objectives, and overall business priorities.

            • Promote best practices among team members when working with data and AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and operationalization across business units.


Performance Tracking & Metrics

  • Develop performance tracking systems and KPIs to monitor the success of data and AI initiatives.

    • Collect, analyze, and report data to track the impact of AI solutions on business operations.


Project Governance & Risk Management

  • Support project governance processes, ensuring data and AI projects are delivered on time and within scope.

    • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring data security and compliance.


Operational Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business units' needs are met and AI projects align with organizational goals.

    • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of data and AI services.


Change Management Assistance

  • Drive change management efforts to promote the adoption of AI-driven processes across the organization.

    • Facilitate training and awareness sessions to equip end-users to utilize new tools and processes effectively.


Continuous Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within business processes, leveraging AI and data insights.

    • Optimize business processes post-implementation, ensuring AI and data projects continue to meet operational goals.


Qualifications & Experiences

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or data management.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

      • Experience in supporting AI or data projects is a plus.

        • Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.

          • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

            • Familiarity with business process management and performance tracking.

              • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
