Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to drive growth and increase brand visibility through innovative and data-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role with oversight of the marketing strategy, execution, and performance.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global B2B technology environment (SaaS/Marketplace) and be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and conversions through comprehensive marketing strategies.

This individual will assist with the oversight of the marketing department and take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts.

They will manage a team of senior professionals, mentor subordinates, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

The role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and who is passionate about delivering measurable results that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, events, and performance channels.
  • Lead demand generation using Account-Based Marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, email, events, and referral programs.
  • Create high-quality content (blogs, ad copies, organic posts) that resonates with target audiences and elevates our brand presence.
  • Own and manage the full marketing funnel—from website optimization and paid campaign management to lead nurturing and analytics.
  • Analyze KPIs and ROI using analytics tools; leverage insights to iterate, improve, and scale growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, online marketplaces, or technology companies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns), demand generation, and brand building.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficient in analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and performance.
