Job Overview:

Lead and mentor a development team as a Senior MERN Stack Developer in a remote, full-time position. Drive innovative solutions for clients worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic leadership to the development team, ensuring smooth project delivery and driving team growth.
  2. Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  3. Oversee third-party API integration and ensure seamless platform communication.
  4. Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, prioritizing security and reliability.
  5. Utilize Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to build advanced, responsive solutions.
  6. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders remotely.
  7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across projects.

 

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Proficiency in AWS services for cloud deployment and management.
  3. Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  4. Experience integrating third-party APIs effectively.
  5. Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design patterns.
  6. Excellent leadership skills with ability to mentor team members and manage timelines.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Prior experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  9. Excellent communication skills in English for coordinating with team members and clients.
