We are seeking a talented Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing petty cash and assisting in payment processing.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in finance and accounting. They will be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Financial Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for the processing and verification of payments, as well as maintaining petty cash records.
  • Cash Handling: You will be responsible for handling petty cash and assisting in payment processing, including preparing cheques and signing off on payments.
  • Documentation: You will work closely with various departments to verify documents for vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track Record Keeping: You will keep track of advance adjustments given to supply chain, admin, and procurement from petty cash, as well as post petty cash payments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for Master's or higher qualifications.
  • Location: This role is based in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is essential.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are mandatory.
