We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for consumer SaaS products, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive maximum ROI and scalable growth. They will also be expected to optimize campaign performance by staying ahead of digital marketing trends and leveraging data-driven insights.

Creative Direction
  • Develop and execute high-quality marketing assets, including video, copy, and design that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and emails that resonate with diverse audiences.
UGC Partnerships
  • Identify, manage, and nurture content creators and influencers to build a steady pipeline of user-generated content.
  • Launch creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
Webinars & Events
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars to educate and engage prospective users, driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve webinar effectiveness.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to drive performance improvements.
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Utilize project management tools to manage campaigns and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
