Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Manager.

1. Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
3. Oversee and manage facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of operational activities.
6. Identify and address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to improve performance.
7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and supplies.
8. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
9. Prepare and present reports on operational performance and initiatives to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field, with 5 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
