Business Analyst and Project Coordinator

You will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements are identified and achieved through proper documentation and system design. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical analyst and support person, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Work closely with clients, the development team, and other team members to design detailed specification documents.
  • Design and perform system testing to ensure original requirements are met and defined constraints are adhered to.
  • Identify, document, and execute projects, analyzing data for process problems and assessing defects and time delays in processes.
  • Maintain constant communication on all duties and responsibilities across teams.

Job Specification

  • Self-motivated with broad business experience, ability to analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions.
  • Organized and able to structure abstract and incomplete data, share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio).
  • Excellent customer service orientation and experience in business-related interactions, possess high energy levels and be passionate about your customers and their needs.
