Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives.

This role is focused on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and career growth is actively supported.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments to enhance employee capabilities and maintain professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities to track effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers to develop and deliver subject-specific learning modules that meet industry needs.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Gather feedback from employees on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role to demonstrate expertise and ability to apply knowledge.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Work Mode and Location:

Full-time office position requiring regular attendance and collaboration with team members.
