This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for communication, closings, customer service, escrow, and deal closure on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Deals: Close sales deals within set time frames while maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Escrow Management: Manage escrow processes efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Closing and Deal Closure Experience: Have experience in closing sales deals and managing the deal closure process
  • Escrow Knowledge: Possess knowledge of escrow processes and procedures
  • Sales and Target Achievement: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • B2B Knowledge: B2B knowledge is an added advantage
