Senior AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and prompt engineering. This is a full-time opportunity to build and refine chatbots, voice assistants, and advanced AI-driven systems using Python-based stacks.

  • The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy ML/DL models for NLP and conversational AI use cases.
  • Key responsibilities include building and fine-tuning chatbots (text + voice) using tools like Rasa, LangChain, OpenAI, Whisper, etc.
  • Conduct prompt engineering and optimization for LLM-based applications.
  • Train and evaluate models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Work with APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, ElevenLabs, etc.) to build production-grade AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI services.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Python, with a strong ML/DL engineering background.
  • Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries (SpaCy, Hugging Face, LangChain).
  • Hands-on knowledge of chatbots (Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress) and/or voice AI (e.g., Whisper, Mozilla TTS).
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud deployment, containerization (Docker), and REST APIs.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
