**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to ensure effective lead management
  • Manage and update CRM records to contribute to the sales pipeline and track progress
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in lead generation or cold calling is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
