Job Title: Content Strategist

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to develop high-quality bid responses and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate and persuasive content tailored to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid Development: Manage the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading, formatting, submission, and follow-ups.
  2. Tender Research: Identify and monitor tender opportunities through portals, procurement websites, and market research.
  3. Proposal Writing: Prepare high-quality, tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  4. Eligibility and Compliance: Research eligibility criteria, client requirements, and project scopes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  5. Data Collection: Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, case studies, and technical input for proposals.
  6. Bid Outcome Tracking: Track and report bid outcomes and maintain a knowledge base of successful submissions and lessons learned.
  7. Client Communication: Respond to client queries and clarifications during and after the bidding process.
  8. Tender Document Analysis: Interpret tender documents and client specifications to ensure complete and compliant responses.
  9. Content Creation: Write, edit, proofread, and format bid content to meet client expectations and submission requirements.
  10. Timeline Management: Track bid progress, manage submission timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
  11. Performance Improvement: Analyze feedback from previous bids to improve future submissions.
  12. Research and Compliance: Conduct thorough research to ensure compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria.
  13. Management Summary: Contribute to the written proposal in terms of content and presentation.
  14. Quality Assurance: Ensure bids are grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.
  15. Market Analysis: Review and assess the competitive landscape to support the bid process.RequirementsQualification and Experience:
    1. A degree in English language & Literature is required.
    2. Minimum 3 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development, or procurement is necessary.
    3. Fluent English communication skills are essential.
    4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines is required.
    5. High attention to detail, with the ability to write complex narratives clearly and persuasively, is necessary.

Work Mode: Office-based work.

Location: Bahria Town Ph 7.
