Technical Operations Leader

A senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Claims Management: Prepare accurate and compliant claims related to gas theft cases, ensuring timely submission and review by the Claim Assessment Committee.
  2. Customer Coordination: Establish effective communication channels with customers regarding claims, providing regular updates and resolutions.
  3. Case Review: Conduct thorough reviews of all cases before presenting them to the Claim Assessment Committee, ensuring informed decision-making.
  4. Policies and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant tariffs, OGRA Gas Theft Policies, and the Gas Theft Act, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
