About the Job:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with both channel and audience needs to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Channel Optimization: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  • Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging features to drive innovation and growth.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Use YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  • Competitor Research: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine management strategies.
  • Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics.
  3. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable growth strategies.
