Limo Dispatcher Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of limousines and drivers to meet client requests and reservations.
  2. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience.
  3. Communication: Communicate with drivers and clients via phone, radio, or electronic messaging to relay instructions, updates, and changes to itineraries.
  4. Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, trips, and driver schedules.
  5. Troubleshooting: Handle unexpected situations or disruptions, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, to ensure clients' needs are met.
  6. Financial Transactions: Prepare invoices, collect payments, and process financial transactions related to limousine services.
  7. Fleet Maintenance: Monitor the condition and maintenance of the limousine fleet, scheduling routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with drivers, other dispatchers, and support staff to optimize service delivery.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum 1-year experience as a limousine dispatcher is required.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients, chauffeurs, and team members.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital.
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
