Marketing Professional

We are seeking a talented Marketing Professional to oversee and execute our social media strategy across platforms, focusing on Meta's ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and ad performance tools such as the Ads Library.

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish content across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite. Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management: Create and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager. Conduct competitive ad analysis using the Facebook Ads Library. Optimize ad spend and audience targeting to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics for both organic and paid content. Generate monthly performance reports detailing key insights, trends, and actionable improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing leadership. Coordinate campaigns with broader digital marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, especially with Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with the Meta Ads Library and its application for competitor analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
  • Ability to create and maintain structured monthly content calendars and reporting documents.
