Lead Marketing Strategist Position

A leading role is available for an accomplished marketing leader to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion in MENA and key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across target regions.
  • Drive brand building, digital campaigns, social media, and PR efforts to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, events, and third-party partners to amplify reach.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
  • Oversee classified ad postings and customer engagement strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure alignment with OEM marketing strategies and optimize OEM resources.
  • Manage the marketing budget and drive ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive marketing, preferably with expertise in the Chinese car market.
  • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, PR, and customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/MENA automotive markets and OEM partnerships.
  • Proven leadership in budget management, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
