Marketing Professor

TMUC Pakistan, a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence, is seeking passionate and qualified faculty members to join our Business Management and Social Sciences department.

We are looking for educators to teach the following courses:

• Integrated Marketing Communications
• Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and industry-relevant lectures that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and case study analyses to promote active learning and collaboration among students.
• Guide students on practical applications of marketing strategies, ensuring they develop expertise in digital marketing tools and trends.
• Audit student learning through assignments, presentations, and projects to assess their understanding of marketing concepts.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing and communication strategies to provide students with relevant knowledge and insights.
• Participate in departmental activities and knowledge-sharing initiatives to contribute to the development of academic programs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of industry or academic experience, preferably in a teaching or training role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms, with a focus on analytics and campaign management.
• Previous experience in transnational teaching is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
