Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals within specific timeframes.
  • Manage stock levels, product life cycles, and customer demands across various channels.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to expand market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within a defined geographic area or Pakistani market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-level decision makers at key customer organizations.
  • Gather market insights by visiting healthcare facilities and promoting products.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices through self-directed learning and training programs.
  • Engage in productive database-driven sales calls and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a professional corporate image that aligns with company values and code of conduct.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and develop expertise in managing large accounts within your territory.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals for significant business opportunities.
  • Sustain existing large accounts and provide regular performance reports.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in science, related field, or marketing with a focus on medical/technical aspects.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Profound understanding of the medical devices industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
