Job Title: Sales Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales goals within specific timeframes.
- Manage stock levels, product life cycles, and customer demands across various channels.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to expand market share.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within a defined geographic area or Pakistani market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-level decision makers at key customer organizations.
- Gather market insights by visiting healthcare facilities and promoting products.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices through self-directed learning and training programs.
- Engage in productive database-driven sales calls and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain a professional corporate image that aligns with company values and code of conduct.
- Gain in-depth understanding of customer needs and develop expertise in managing large accounts within your territory.
- Prepare high-quality proposals for significant business opportunities.
- Sustain existing large accounts and provide regular performance reports.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in science, related field, or marketing with a focus on medical/technical aspects.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Profound understanding of the medical devices industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
