Role Description

The Assistant Manager - Projects will play a critical role in supporting the organization's mission by overseeing the development and implementation of projects that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives.

  • Evaluate and assess project performance against established metrics and benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to organizational standards and policies.
Requirements
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools, with experience in using project management platforms and spreadsheets.
