Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager - 3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and data entry services to ensure effective and efficient financial and administrative operations.
The CSM-3 will be accountable for managing key aspects of the customer relationship, including account health, inventory management, returns, and escalation management. They will also oversee task timelines, manage communications, and maintain an up-to-date issue log for management review.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies to grow existing client relationships.
- Providing dedicated support to Field Account Executives to enable them to focus on field sales activities.
- Managing client-facing tasks, meetings, and communications.
- Ensuring all account documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Order Management and Customer Service experience.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment and corporate purchasing.
- Attention to detail and accurate results.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling a high volume of inbound inquiries.
