Key Responsibilities

This role involves bridging the gap between business teams in the US and engineering teams in Karachi.

  1. Fundamental to this position is understanding new feature concepts from customers and the business team in the US.
  2. Presenting these ideas to the engineering team through mockups is a critical aspect of this role.
  3. Collaboration with the engineering team is essential for implementing new features technically.
  4. A key responsibility of the Technical Product Lead and Quality Assurance Specialist is clear communication, as they will be writing feature descriptions, project documents, and support documentation.
  5. The ability to effectively present new feature concepts to the engineering team using prototyping or wireframe tools is vital.
  6. Translating feature functions into concrete visual designs based on strategic direction set by management is crucial.
  7. Providing feedback and input on the strategic direction of the product is also necessary.
  8. SUPERVISING AND WORKING WITH THE QA TEAM IS AN IMPORTANT DUTY OF THIS POSITION.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for the Technical Product Lead and Quality Assurance Specialist is:

  1. Full-time, 40-50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  2. 20-25 hours in the office working with the engineering team in Karachi, ideally from 2 pm to 6 pm weekdays.
  3. 20-25 hours in the office or at home meeting with the business team in the US from 7 pm to 11 pm weekdays.
