Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Deputy Medical Superintendent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient environment. You will work closely with our medical and administrative teams to develop and implement strategies that drive excellence in patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the management of hospital resources, including staff, supplies, and equipment.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  5. Provide coaching and mentoring to medical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • MBBS or BDS degree from an accredited institution.
  • Masters in Public Health (MPH) or MBA in Hospital Management or a related field.
