Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with backend and frontend engineers.
  • Develop and deploy web applications utilizing the Laravel framework.
  • Implement server-side logic to manage user inputs from the frontend.
  • Identify and rectify flaws in the codebase.
  • Work proficiently with SQL databases.
  • Ensure that all database inputs are properly parameterized.
  • Maintain robust security standards throughout the application.
  • Develop unit test cases to guarantee the intended functionality of the code and prevent potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and effective communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements: Solid experience working with PHP, the latest version of Laravel, and SOLID principles, as well as other web frameworks. Proficiency in API service management (REST and SOAP), OOP (Object-oriented Programming), and MVC is essential. Additionally, demonstrated familiarity with unit testing technologies such as PHPSpec, PHPUnit, and Behat is crucial. A solid understanding of database architecture and query optimization (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) is required. Working knowledge of server technologies (Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM) and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, Linode, Digital Ocean, Rackspace) is also necessary.
Soft Skills: Superior communication and problem-solving abilities.
