Job Title: Senior NLP Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior NLP Engineer to join our engineering team and help create dynamic software applications. In this role, the individual will write and test scalable code, develop back-end components, and integrate user-facing elements in collaboration with front-end developers.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience with Python, deep learning frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other machine learning frameworks is required.
  • The candidate should have a good understanding of NLP concepts, including text classification, language understanding, sentiment analysis, and text generation.
  • Design and implement NLP systems for tasks such as image, speech recognition, and generative models.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate NLP models into other machine learning and AI systems.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of the NLP models and machine learning models.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Pre-trained Models such as Bert, Roberta, XL Net, GPT etc.
  • NLP toolkits such as NLTK, spaCy, or CoreNLP.
  • Customer service experience or working with customer service chatbot and dialogue agent is a plus.
  • Voice recognition and speech-to-text technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
