
IT Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT/software markets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads through digital platforms, preparing and delivering proposals, pitches, and presentations for software development and IT services.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with software solutions, and assist senior management in negotiations, deal closures, and contract finalization.
In addition, you will maintain CRM records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, target-oriented individual to grow in the IT/software industry.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and spoken), and basic understanding of software development services, IT products, and the project life cycle.
Familiarity with freelancing platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
