The role of a business development professional is to identify and pursue new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful business deals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can work closely with our teams to achieve our sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding and business development on freelance platforms, as well as a strong understanding of software development services including Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, SaaS, AI, and Cloud.

  • Bid on various freelance platforms and analyze project requirements to prepare winning proposals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and website leads, and maintain a lead pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Nurture warm leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversion.
  • Conduct calls to understand project requirements and present technical capabilities and project proposals clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop business relationships with prospective clients and agencies, and collaborate with marketing to identify relevant events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance, and analyze bid success ratio to implement improvements in proposal strategy.
